Empowered Pathways is offering an upcoming Mediation Training for individuals interested in developing professional conflict resolution and communication skills. This training is designed for those looking to gain hands-on experience while helping create respectful spaces for productive conversations and problem solving.

Participants will learn how mediators guide structured discussions and help parties reach their own solutions. Training topics include communication and conflict resolution skills, professional mediation techniques, and practical experience that can support career development.

  • Free Training with a one-year volunteer commitment
