Empowered Pathways is excited to announce the launch of its newly redesigned website, created to better connect community members with the organization’s programs, services, events, and resources.
The updated website reflects an important step forward for the organization as it continues to grow, modernize operations, and strengthen community engagement throughout the Mohawk Valley.
The transition also marks a meaningful leadership and operational shift for the organization. For many years, Empowered Pathways’ website was maintained through the dedication and support of longtime volunteers. As those volunteers prepared for retirement, the organization used the opportunity to thoughtfully redesign and modernize its online presence while building a more unified and consistent organizational identity.
The new website features:
- updated program and service information,
- improved navigation and accessibility,
- enhanced event and training information,
- expanded community resources,
- streamlined communication tools,
- and a refreshed visual design that better reflects the organization’s mission and values.
“Our goal was to create a website that is welcoming, informative, and easier for community members to navigate,” said Executive Director Timothy Lyon. “We wanted our online presence to better reflect who we are today as an organization while making it easier for individuals to access services, learn about our programs, and connect with our team.”
The updated site also provides improved visibility for Empowered Pathways’ core programs, including the Community Dispute Resolution Center (CDRC), the Women’s Employment & Resource Center (WERC), restorative practices initiatives, volunteer opportunities, trainings, and community events.
As the organization continues to evolve, the new website will serve as a central hub for news, program updates, upcoming trainings, fundraising initiatives, and opportunities for community involvement.
Empowered Pathways invites community members, partners, and supporters to explore the new website and stay connected as the organization continues expanding its impact throughout the region.
