Empowered Pathways Announces 2026 Board of Directors

Empowered Pathways is proud to announce its 2026 Board of Directors, whose leadership and dedication continue to support the organization’s mission of helping individuals create self-directed solutions through education, advocacy, and empowerment.

Empowered Pathways is also pleased to welcome Tara Capponi as a new member of the Board of Directors. Her addition brings valuable perspective and continued community leadership to the organization as it expands programming and strengthens regional partnerships.

The organization extends sincere appreciation to outgoing board members Ann Rushlo and Kristen Skobla for their years of service, leadership, and commitment to Empowered Pathways’ mission and growth. Their contributions have helped guide the organization through important periods of development and community impact.

The Board of Directors helps guide Empowered Pathways’ strategic direction, supports organizational sustainability, and advocates for programs that promote conflict resolution, workforce development, restorative practices, and community empowerment across the region.
